To help more startups navigate this tech talent crunch, Tribe, together with the support of Enterprise Singapore (ESG), and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), unveiled a Tech Talent Map for Startups at the Singapore Week of Innovation and Technology Week (SWITCH) 2022.

Designed to serve as a directory of resources and support available in the landscape, this map identifies the key needs startups of different growth stages require, and some of the resources they can tap on. This is also a means to help earlier-stage startups to find the right talent and pave their way to success. 

Split into different startup phases, the map documents some key tech talent needs required, the hiring resources available, as well as some platforms and programs that can help startups to upskill and train their existing talent pool.
